You'll also see their Tutor Tier — a rating system that reflects performance and results. This way, you'll always have the information you need to make the best choice.

Yes. All tutors go through identity verification and tier evaluation. We use a transparent, data-driven system so you can be confident that what you see on their profile reflects their real abilities.

No worries — that's why we offer trial lessons. Each family can try up to three discounted trial sessions per month (one per tutor). If it's not the right fit, you can easily find another tutor without commitment.

Absolutely. Our network includes tutors for primary, secondary, JC, IB, and international school programmes. Whatever your child's learning journey, we've got you covered.

Life happens — and rescheduling should be stress-free. With our in-app scheduling tool, you can easily make changes in a few clicks. We do recommend rescheduling early to avoid last-minute cancellation fees.

Our 2-way session confirmation system means you only pay for lessons that actually happen. If a tutor doesn't turn up, payment won't be released. If there's a dispute, our support team will step in to resolve it quickly.

Payments are made securely through the app. Lessons are prepaid but only released to tutors once both sides confirm the session was completed. This protects parents and tutors alike.

No platform fees for parents or students. You only pay the tutors you hire. We may offer optional premium resources or courses for parents, but the core service remains free for families.

Yes. We support Parent, Student, and Business accounts. Businesses can hire tutors for their business needs. A planned feature for businesses to list their tutors is in the works as well.

Tutor Tiers are part of our Career Progression System, which tracks performance, reviews, and continuous learning. Higher-tier tutors are proven to deliver excellent results, and their rates may reflect their experience.
